Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam has officially assumed office as Director (Personnel) at NMDC, following her appointment by the Ministry of Steel as a Functional Director on the company’s Board.
With over three decades of experience, she previously served as Chief General Manager (Personnel & Administration), overseeing NMDC’s Corporate Office in Hyderabad and NMDC Steel Limited (NSL) in Nagarnar. Having joined NMDC as an Executive Trainee in 1992, her rise through the ranks exemplifies her leadership and dedication.
She has played a pivotal role in employee welfare, industrial relations, recruitment, and policy reforms, ensuring a safe and inclusive workplace. Her leadership at NSL was instrumental in implementing the R&R Policy, skill development initiatives, and establishing essential health and safety departments.
An alumna of Osmania University, she holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) and an LLB. Under her leadership, NMDC is set to achieve new milestones in productivity and workforce development.
