Avishkar is the Founder of Neo Navigate and Co-Founder of ThinkUniQ Solutions, specializing in transition and transformation coaching for startup founders, entrepreneurs, and senior executives. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he serves on multiple startup advisory boards and holds certifications as a Walmart Executive Coach, Fearless Organization Practitioner, Professional Behavioral Analyst, and GE Six Sigma Black Belt.
Previously, Avishkar held senior leadership roles at Walmart Inc., General Electric, GENPACT, and NIIT Technologies, including Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer at Walmart India. His deep expertise in technology, operations, human resources, and executive coaching has empowered countless professionals to navigate their careers strategically and achieve their ambitions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Avishkar is a food enthusiast, amateur chef, avid biker, and traveler.
