Elofic Industries Ltd., a leading manufacturer of automotive and industrial filters with a 74-year legacy, has appointed Kamlesh Koul as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
With over 25 years of experience in the filtration industry across India and Japan, Koul has been an integral part of Elofic for 13 years, previously serving as Vice President – Engineering and Sustainability. His leadership has been pivotal in driving innovation, sustainability, and technological advancements within the company.
A prolific inventor, Koul has filed 27+ patents over the past decade, revolutionizing automotive filtration technology. His contributions have earned him prestigious accolades, including the Indian Achiever Award, Bharat Sewa Ratan Award, and Pandit Kashyap Bandhu Samman Award.
An IIM Indore alumnus, with a background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Mumbai and Jammu University, Koul is also actively involved in industry-academia collaborations and skill development initiatives. His appointment as CEO reinforces Elofic’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and business excellence.
