Hardik Someshvar has stepped into an entrepreneurial role as the Chief Executive Officer of AeroDef Nexus, a strategic platform aimed at revolutionizing the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry. Under his leadership, AeroDef Nexus will focus on strategic consulting, investment facilitation, and executive services, empowering A&D companies worldwide through angel investments, venture capital, private equity, and cross-border partnerships.
Before founding AeroDef Nexus, Hardik held senior leadership roles at Collins Aerospace, where he led strategic planning, operations, and customer management across global markets. His contributions were pivotal in shaping India’s A&D market strategy, establishing Centers of Excellence, and spearheading product transitions in metallic doors and nacelle systems.
With over 16 years of experience, Hardik has also worked at General Motors and GE, bringing a strong background in quality systems, program management, and cost optimization. His entrepreneurial drive extends beyond corporate leadership, as he previously co-founded e-Mechsys Technologies. Now, at AeroDef Nexus, he is set to redefine A&D innovation and global expansion.
