Amit Mishra has rejoined Trident Group India as Chief HR (Yarn Division), bringing over a decade of expertise in human resources and strategic workforce management within the textile industry.
Previously, Amit served as Senior HR Manager at Welspun Living Limited, overseeing payroll, recruitment, statutory compliance, and employee engagement for over 2,000 employees. His tenure at Alok Industries Ltd strengthened his expertise in contractor compliance, transport management, and regulatory adherence. Notably, Amit has prior experience with Trident Group India as an HR Business Partner, where he played a key role in business reviews, system implementation, and global buyer audits for brands like Walmart, IKEA, JCPenney, and Amazon.
Holding an MBA in Human Resources, Amit has a proven track record in talent management, compensation planning, and business compliance. As he steps into this leadership role, he will drive employee engagement, workforce optimization, and HR excellence, reinforcing Trident Group India’s commitment to a performance-driven work culture.
