Cipla has appointed Anshuman Srivastava as its Country Head Security, bringing over two decades of expertise in security leadership, logistics, and supply chain management.
With 21 years in the Indian Army and nearly four years at Amazon, Srivastava has a strong background in risk mitigation, operations planning, and compliance management. In his new role, he will oversee security operations across Cipla’s facilities in India, ensuring safety, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency.
Prior to Cipla, Srivastava led first-mile operations in Amazon’s West Region, focusing on production, safety, and cost optimization. His tenure as a Director in the Indian Army saw him managing large-scale logistics, labor coordination, and strategic security operations.
With his proven leadership in high-stakes environments, Srivastava is set to strengthen Cipla’s security framework, reinforcing the company’s commitment to safety, operational resilience, and industry-leading standards.
