Soliflex Packaging Pvt Ltd has elevated Sandesh Siddaramanna to Vice President – Operations, Engineering & Quality, expanding his leadership role to oversee manufacturing operations across four factories with a workforce of 1,500 employees. He will drive production efficiency, quality excellence, and strategic initiatives like Industry 4.0, ERP systems, and paperless factory models to enhance operational effectiveness.
Previously, Sandesh served as Vice President – Engineering & Quality at Soliflex, where he spearheaded quality transformation and process innovation. His leadership was instrumental in fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
Before Soliflex, he was AVP – Manufacturing at DriveX Mobility (a TVS Motors subsidiary), focusing on sustainable production and circular economy initiatives. He also played a pivotal role at Wakefit, leading manufacturing expansion and cost optimization strategies across multiple plants.
With a career spanning TVS Motor, Schaeffler, Aequs, Featherlite, and Autoliv, Sandesh brings expertise in lean manufacturing, TPM, and EHS standards. His strategic vision will further strengthen Soliflex’s global growth trajectory.
