Burckhardt Compression has announced the appointment of Shrikant Patil as Managing Director, marking a pivotal advancement in his nearly decade-long journey with the company. Known for his impactful leadership across operations, engineering, and supply chain, Shrikant most recently served as General Manager, where he led business performance for Process Gas Compressors and High-Pressure product lines. He also played a key role in establishing the company’s Global Engineering Center in Pune.
With over 23 years of experience in manufacturing and quality engineering, Shrikant has previously held leadership roles at John Deere, Formel D Group, and Kirloskar Brothers Limited. His expertise spans operational excellence, engineering innovation, and global delivery capabilities.
An MBA in Marketing from IGNOU and an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management, Shrikant brings strategic vision and execution strength to his new role. As Managing Director, he will lead Burckhardt Compression India’s next phase of growth, focused on innovation and market expansion in compression technology.
