RudraPrasad Nanjundappa has been appointed as the Chief Customer Officer at Kapture CX. In this new role, he will lead all post-sales, customer-facing teams and oversee the rollout of the company’s Agentic AI suite. With over two decades of experience in CRM consulting, customer experience, and enterprise product delivery, he is expected to strengthen Kapture CX’s global customer engagement and success.
\r\n\r\nBefore joining Kapture CX, RudraPrasad served as Regional Vice President for Product Delivery at Eightfold AI, focusing on recruitment across APAC and EMEA. He has also held senior roles at LinkedIn, Cognizant, and Infosys, and is the co-founder of the health-tech startup Yoska.
\r\n\r\nHis appointment comes at a key moment for Kapture CX, as the company continues to grow rapidly. In FY25, it doubled its revenue and raised $8 million in funding from Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives. RudraPrasad shared that joining the company felt “surreal,” while CEO and Co-Founder Sheshgiri Kamath said his leadership supports Kapture CX’s mission to transform customer experience with the power of AI.
