Prior to PwC, Sonia held a senior leadership role as Director at Deloitte, where she led enterprise-wide HR transformation programs that significantly improved business outcomes. Her career spans respected organizations including Middle East Internet Group, CMGRP India, Quest Diagnostics, and InterGlobe Enterprises, across diverse sectors and geographies.
