Accenture Acquires TalentSprint to Strengthen LearnVantage’s Deep Tech Upskilling Capabilities

Accenture has announced the acquisition of TalentSprint, a deep tech education platform, from NSE Academy Ltd—a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India. This strategic move enhances Accenture LearnVantage’s capabilities in delivering industry-relevant certifications and immersive bootcamps, helping enterprises and governments build future-ready talent pipelines.

Founded in 2008 by Santanu Paul, J Chowdary, and Madhu Murty, TalentSprint specializes in high-impact learning programs across AI, data science, cybersecurity, blockchain, fintech, and digital health. The hybrid delivery model (online and onsite) has empowered thousands of professionals and students to gain critical deep tech skills.

With a 210-member team joining LearnVantage, Accenture gains TalentSprint’s strong academic collaborations with IITs, IIMs, IIITs, and global research institutions. The integration is expected to further boost Accenture’s efforts to help organizations upskill and reskill workforces in an increasingly AI-powered economy.

“TalentSprint adds significant value to LearnVantage by enabling us to meet the growing demand for tech training in cutting-edge domains,” said Kishore Durg, Global Lead, Accenture LearnVantage.

TalentSprint recorded a 40.8% YoY jump in operating revenue, reaching Rs 100 crore in FY23. The acquisition positions Accenture to lead the next wave of workforce transformation.
