Ajay has an impressive track record of streamlining complex processes and scaling high-performance teams across major organizations such as Fareportal, MakeMyTrip, Wipro, and Intelenet Global Services. At Fareportal, he led impactful customer service initiatives, enhancing both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. His earlier roles at MakeMyTrip and Wipro saw him overseeing end-to-end back-office operations and ensuring strong vendor alignment.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Ajay brings a structured, data-driven approach to transformation and quality assurance. In his new role at TP, he will focus on optimizing the operational framework, driving service innovation, and supporting the company’s long-term performance goals.
