KOHLER India has appointed Tushar Shah, a seasoned technology leader, as Deputy General Manager – Mobile Apps & Smart Products.
With over 26 years of experience, Tushar has led global digital transformation and agile (SAFe) initiatives across complex enterprise environments. He holds certifications including SAFe 6.0 Practice Consultant, PMP®, CSM®, and ISO 27001:2013 Lead Implementer, with proven expertise in Industry 4.0, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, Data Analytics, and DevOps.
At Atlas Copco, Tushar played a major role in setting up a secure offshore R&D center, growing an agile team of 40+ professionals, and leading Identity and Access Management for over 30,000 users. His strategic involvement in Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise coaching helped accelerate OKR-driven delivery and agile maturity across global teams.
In his new role at KOHLER India, Tushar will drive digital innovation, focusing on smart product development and next-gen customer experiences.
