In his new role, Pankaj will lead the HR function across India, focusing on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and aligning HR practices with business goals. He brings over 14 years of global HR leadership experience across India, the US, Australia, and New Zealand, with deep expertise in HR operations, total rewards, and strategic HR.
Prior to joining Aditi, Pankaj served at Credera, where he led HR operations for India and APAC. His process-driven approach and global perspective are set to shape Aditi’s evolving workforce and support its rapid growth.
