Native has announced the elevation of Deepa Malhotra as Director – Consumer & Human Resources, recognizing her significant contributions to leadership hiring and talent strategy. With over 20 years of cross-industry experience, Deepa brings a strong track record in executive search, talent acquisition, and client engagement.
Since joining Native in 2019, Deepa has served in key roles including Associate Director and Principal, where she played a vital role in expanding the firm’s executive hiring practice and strengthening client partnerships. Her people-first mindset and strategic acumen have positioned her as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Deepa’s career spans leading organizations such as Benetton Group, Taj Hotels, and leadership roles at Awaas Pvt Ltd and Baker Tales. She began her journey in HR consulting, developing expertise in recruitment and organizational development.
In her new role, Deepa will spearhead Native’s Consumer and HR verticals, driving business growth through impactful, future-ready talent solutions.
