Trend Micro has appointed Visionary Leader Jaya Khatri the new HR Director for the Middle East, Mediterranean, and Africa (MMEA) region. Based in Dubai, Jaya steps into this strategic leadership role with nearly 17 years of dedicated service at Trend Micro, bringing deep expertise in human capital development and regional HR strategy.
Jaya’s career reflects a consistent trajectory of growth within the company. She previously served as Senior HR Manager for MMEA and earlier as Senior Manager HR for the Middle East and Eurasia. Known for her strategic insight in talent management, training needs analysis, and executive staffing, Jaya’s leadership is expected to further strengthen Trend Micro’s people-first approach across a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, Jaya brings a strong academic foundation to her role, complemented by a track record of driving impactful HR initiatives in the computer software industry.
