His leadership in heading HR for the Iron Making & CWR Cell at Kalinganagar and the OMQ Division at Noamundi has sharpened his expertise in HR strategy and workforce management.
Navin began his career at ACC Limited in Chandrapur and holds a PGDPM&IR from XISS, Ranchi. With a proven track record in driving HR excellence and employee relations in complex industrial settings, his appointment at Nestlé marks a significant step in enhancing HR leadership within factory ecosystems.
