Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has appointed Sudeep Kunnumal as CHRO Designate, marking a significant leadership transition. With over 25 years of HR leadership experience, Kunnumal has played a pivotal role in shaping TCS’s global human resource strategies.
Since 2019, he has served as the Global Head of HR for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), overseeing talent strategies for one of TCS’s largest verticals. Previously, he was HR Director for Asia Pacific, leading HR strategy and operations across the region. His leadership journey also includes key roles in Europe, North America, and India, where he drove workforce expansion, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Before joining TCS, Kunnumal gained valuable HR experience at Petro Araldite Pvt. Ltd. and Indo Matsushita Appliances Co. Ltd. His vast expertise and strategic vision will be instrumental in strengthening TCS’s workforce, fostering innovation, and driving future growth.
