Prior to this role, she served as Chief HRBP – Ferro Alloys and Minerals Division (FAMD) and CHRO at Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Limited (JCAPCPL). Her strategic expertise has been instrumental in shaping Tata Steel’s HR policies, leadership development, and talent strategies.
