Tata Steel has appointed Radhika Singh Banerjee as its Chief Talent Management & Employee Experience, reinforcing its commitment to building a people-centric and high-performance workplace. A transformational HR leader, Banerjee has been with Tata Steel for over a decade, playing a key role in HR integration, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Prior to this role, she served as Chief HRBP – Ferro Alloys and Minerals Division (FAMD) and CHRO at Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Limited (JCAPCPL). Her strategic expertise has been instrumental in shaping Tata Steel’s HR policies, leadership development, and talent strategies.
