Prior to this promotion, he served as Chief General Manager – HR (CHRO Role) at Olectra, leading HR transformation and strategic talent initiatives.
His career spans HR leadership roles at Turbo Megha Airways (Trujet Airlines), CMS Info Systems, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd, G4S Security Services, Maytas Infra, and Sahara India Pariwar. His deep expertise in HR operations, industrial relations, and compliance makes him a valuable asset to Olectra’s long-term growth and employee success.
