Rupey Bakshi has been appointed as Deputy Vice President – Human Resource (Talent Management: Learning & OD and Engagement) at Kotak Securities. In this role, she will lead strategic initiatives in learning, leadership development, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement, fostering a high-performance, future-ready workforce.
Previously, Rupey spent over seven years at Tata Motors Finance as Head of Talent Management & Acquisition, where she transformed people practices. She spearheaded key initiatives, including the ‘Drona’ trainer certification, ‘Alpha’ HiPo identification, and the Sparkle organizational restructuring program.
Earlier, she worked for over six years at Aviva India, advancing from Senior Executive to Regional HR Manager. She played a crucial role in hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and grievance handling, while also driving Project Nirmaan, scaling recruitment operations.
Rupey began her career at Calibehr Staffing, managing the HR lifecycle for 500+ employees at Axis Bank. With an MBA in HR Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management, she brings deep expertise in building and nurturing talent-driven organizations.
