With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce management, Prathaban has a strong track record in recruitment, diversity hiring, and process optimization. Prior to joining Propel Industries, he spent six years at FLSmidth, where he played a major role in stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, and vendor partnerships.
Earlier, he worked at Professional Access Resources Consulting Pvt. Ltd. for over 13 years, leading executive and mid-level hiring across industries like manufacturing, automotive, IT, and telecom.
