Prashant holds over 30 years of experience across the BFSI, logistics, media, telecom, and education sector. He will be based in Mumbai and lead the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations strategy.
Prior to this, Prashant served as Head – IT Infrastructure at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where he spearheaded IT transformation initiatives, LEAN IT deployment, and InfoSec enhancements. His previous leadership roles at Aviva India, Safexpress Pvt. Ltd., and HT Media Group have seen him successfully drive digital transformation, cloud strategy, and enterprise tech implementations.
His appointment signals PNB MetLife’s commitment to strengthening its digital backbone, with Prashant expected to play a crucial role in shaping a secure and scalable technology infrastructure for the future.
