3M India Ltd. has announced the appointment of Nikhil Arora as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 5, 2025. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors and officially communicated through an exchange filing.
With over 25 years of financial leadership, Arora brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business transformation. Prior to joining 3M India, he served as Global CFO at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where he played a key role in financial operations and business growth.
Arora has held senior leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Dell India & Singapore, and Hindustan Lever. With his extensive experience in financial leadership across global corporations, he is well-positioned to drive 3M India’s financial strategy and enhance operational excellence.
