Neeraj Lal has been appointed as the Regional Director at Medicover, bringing 24 years of experience in healthcare management. In his new role, he will oversee operations and P&L for 1,400 beds and two OPD clinics in Maharashtra, focusing on healthcare excellence, business growth, and quality care delivery.
A Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) graduate from TISS Mumbai, Neeraj specializes in healthcare operations, business strategy, quality management, and P&L optimization. He is an ISQua-approved surveyor for the International Accreditation Programme (IAP) and a certified internal auditor for NABH, NABL, and ISO 9001.
Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Apollo Hospitals, Group Senior Vice President at Medicover Hospitals, and Cluster Head at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals. He is also an advisory board member for MBA Healthcare Management programs at IIM Bodh Gaya and NMIMS Mumbai.
With his expertise in hospital operations, accreditation, and strategic leadership, Neeraj is set to drive Medicover’s mission of delivering world-class healthcare.
