Namdev Finvest Private Limited has appointed Rajkumar Singh Jadon as Vice President – Human Resources, marking a strategic leadership addition to its senior management team. Namdev Finvest is a prominent NBFC focused on MSME and green energy financing across rural and semi-urban India.
In his new role, Rajkumar will lead HR strategy and execution, including talent acquisition, organizational culture, leadership development, and performance management, supporting Namdev’s growing national operations.
Rajkumar brings a wealth of experience from Choice, where he served as Vice President – Human Resources, driving business scaling through strategic HR initiatives. Prior to that, he was Deputy Vice President – Human Capital at Laxmi India Finance, leading key HR transformations aligned with business objectives.
His earlier tenures include AU Small Finance Bank, where he spearheaded manpower planning and employee engagement, and TCI Group, where he headed HR for the TCI XPS Division, overseeing compliance and workforce development. Rajkumar began his professional journey at IBM.
His appointment reflects Namdev Finvest’s commitment to strengthening its people-first approach and HR capabilities in alignment with its mission.
