Moglix, Asia’s leading B2B e-commerce platform, has appointed Sanjeev Arora as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, capital planning, and scale-up operations as the company eyes potential public listing in the future. Arora brings over two decades of experience across public and private enterprises in sectors including automotive, telecom, chemicals, and FMCG.
Prior to joining Moglix, Sanjeev served as Chief Financial Officer – Automobiles at ASK Automotive, where he played a critical role in leading the company through its successful IPO, managing investor relations and global advisory partnerships.
His earlier leadership tenures include roles at The Mosaic Company, Goodyear India, Nokia, Apollo International, and ConAgra, with a strong focus on financial planning, controllership, and operational excellence.
A Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant, Sanjeev also holds executive certifications from ISB. His appointment reflects Moglix’s commitment to robust financial governance and long-term value creation.
