Microsoft has appointed Amy Coleman as its new Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer, marking a significant leadership transition. With over 25 years at Microsoft, Coleman has played a crucial role in shaping the company’s HR strategies, culture evolution, and workforce transformation.
Since joining Microsoft, Coleman has held leadership roles across engineering, sales, marketing, and business development. Most recently, as Corporate VP for HR and Corporate Functions, she led efforts in employee engagement, hybrid work policies, and crisis response. Her expertise in talent management and organizational development has been instrumental in fostering a high-performance workplace culture.
