At PepsiCo, Pragya held impactful leadership roles such as Associate Director and Deputy Director, where she led DEI initiatives, spearheaded coaching programs, and drove effective succession planning. Her earlier roles at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and KPMG further honed her skills in managing complex talent ecosystems across industries.
