BDO USA has appointed Karman W. as Managing Director – People Strategy and Solutions, where she will lead the firm’s people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness to drive business success.
With over 15 years of experience in human capital strategy, corporate communications, and organizational development, Karman has spearheaded people-centric transformations and change initiatives across multiple industries. Before joining BDO USA, she was Account Lead and Senior Management Consultant at Blue Beyond Consulting, where she specialized in leadership communications, M&A integration, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
Prior to that, she served as HR M&A Communications Specialist at Oracle, playing a key role in developing and executing communication strategies for acquired employees to ensure seamless transitions. Earlier, she held leadership roles at Spectrum Brands HHI, managing corporate communications, employee learning programs, and change management initiatives.
Karman holds an M.A. in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. Her expertise in corporate culture, leadership communication, and strategic workforce initiatives will be integral to BDO USA’s people-first approach to business excellence.
