Infosys Unveils Agentic AI Foundry to Accelerate Enterprise-Ready AI Deployment

Infosys has launched the Agentic AI Foundry, a powerful new offering under its Infosys Topaz suite, designed to help businesses build, customize, and deploy AI agents at scale. With a strong emphasis on real-world applications and responsible innovation, the foundry enables enterprises to embrace AI more efficiently and ethically.

The Agentic AI Foundry provides pre-built, customizable AI tools that can be integrated across various business functions—from customer service and IT operations to finance. These AI agents are compatible with both in-house and third-party systems, offering businesses the flexibility to adopt AI without being locked into proprietary technologies.

Infosys has already seen success using the foundry internally. Its finance team automated invoice processing, boosting productivity by over 50%. Client results include a 50% reduction in support response times and a 24% improvement in customer satisfaction.

Phil Fersht, CEO of HFS Research, noted, “The line between human capabilities and AI-powered software is rapidly blurring,” underlining the profound impact of such technologies on IT and business services.
