Flipkart has appointed Dhiraj Singh as its Director of Employee Relations, leveraging his 20+ years of expertise in human resources and industrial relations. Before this role, Singh spent nearly a decade at Unilever, where he last served as Category HR Head – Foods, Refreshments & Nutrition.
His career includes leadership positions at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Jusco (A Tata Enterprise), and Rinac India Limited, focusing on HR management, legal compliance, performance management, and grievance handling. As Team Leader HR at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, he played a key role in shaping HR policies and employee relations, while at Jusco, he specialized in industrial relations.
A Post Graduate Diploma holder in Personnel Management (PGDPM) from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Singh brings deep expertise in HR strategy and workplace compliance. His leadership at Flipkart is set to strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
