Bijit Nair has joined Adidas India as Senior Director – Direct-to-Consumer, where he will be responsible for driving the company’s retail and e-commerce strategy. With vast expertise in retail business development, franchise management, and digital expansion, Nair will focus on enhancing consumer engagement and optimizing sales channels. Based in Gurugram, his leadership is expected to significantly strengthen Adidas India’s competitive presence in the market.
Before joining Adidas India, Nair served as Sales Director at Pepe Jeans India Limited, where he played a pivotal role in expanding retail operations and improving the brand’s footprint. With over two decades of experience, Nair has held leadership roles at leading fashion and retail brands. He was also President of Retail at House of Anita Dongre Limited, where he managed P&L and drove retail growth for brands like AND and Global Desi. Nair’s tenure at Benetton Group as Senior Vice President – Retail Operations further solidified his impact on market positioning in India
