Leadership
Harshita Arora, a 25-year-old self-taught developer from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, has been appointed General Partner at Y Combinator, becoming the youngest to hold this position in the accelerator’s history. Her elevation marks a significant milestone in the global startup ecosystem.
Arora began her journey early, leaving formal schooling after the 8th grade and teaching herself Swift programming at just 15. By 16, she had already built and sold a crypto portfolio app, showcasing her entrepreneurial drive. She later co-founded AtoB, a fast-growing fintech company often described as “Stripe for trucking,” which has raised over $200 million and serves more than 30,000 fleets across the United States.
Previously named a Visiting Partner for Y Combinator’s Summer 2025 batch, Arora quickly rose through the ranks. In her new role, she will help shape the next generation of startups, bringing a founder-first mindset and deep fintech expertise.
CXO TechBOT wishes Harshita Arora great success in her new role.
