Tulika Mehrotra has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Badshah Masala, part of the Dabur Group, in Mumbai, effective September 2026. A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic business partnering, and FMCG, she brings a strong track record in financial reporting, business transformation, and operational efficiency.
Before joining Badshah Masala, Tulika served as Associate Director – Financial Reporting, Shared Services & Payroll Lead at PepsiCo India & South Asia. During her tenure, she led teams across financial reporting, shared services, and payroll, driving automation, compliance, and operational excellence.
Her career also includes senior finance leadership roles at Headout and PayU, where she built global finance teams, strengthened financial processes, and managed reporting, audits, and compliance. She has also held multiple finance roles at PepsiCo, spanning supply chain finance, category planning, commercial operations, and financial reporting.
