With over 18 years of experience across Bandhan Bank and Axis Bank, Rajvardhan has built deep expertise in retail banking, multi-branch operations, CASA growth, and HNI relationship management. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a proven ability to drive business performance, optimize branch operations, and lead high-performing teams to achieve sustainable growth.

In his new role, Rajvardhan will be responsible for overseeing cluster operations, strengthening customer relationships, and accelerating retail banking expansion.
