Hindustan Zinc has elevated Naveen Mahur to Deputy Chief Commercial Officer – Growth Projects, recognising his extensive experience across commercial operations, strategic sourcing, logistics, and business development.
Naveen takes on this expanded leadership role after nine years with Hindustan Zinc, where he has developed deep expertise across logistics, coal sourcing, strategic commodity sourcing, and commercial operations.
Most recently, he served as Head – Logistics, overseeing multimodal logistics across mining and smelting operations. Earlier, as Head – Coal Sourcing, he led domestic and imported fuel sourcing, logistics, contracting, and long-term supply security for captive power operations.
His broader professional journey includes experience with Vedanta Group in power regulatory matters and over five years at Shree Cement Ltd., where he held responsibilities across power business development, sourcing, sales, and regulatory affairs.
