Dabur India Limited has named Herjit S. Bhalla as Whole-time Director, following the resignation of Mohit Malhotra as Global Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director, effective November 13, 2026.
Herjit brings extensive leadership experience across the FMCG and consumer goods sectors, with expertise in business growth, commercial strategy, market expansion, and brand management. He joined Dabur India as CEO – India in April 2026, bringing a strong track record of driving business performance across diverse markets.
Prior to Dabur, Herjit held several senior leadership positions at The Hershey Company, including Vice President for Canada & Global Customers, Vice President for Canada & AMEA, and Managing Director – India. He also served as Chief Operating Officer – North & East at METRO Cash & Carry India.
Earlier in his career, Herjit spent over 16 years at Hindustan Unilever Limited, handling leadership roles across sales, marketing, customer development, and category management.
