Visionary Leader Vidya Ramesh has been appointed as Senior Vice President at Marsh Risk, effective April 2026. In this role, she will lead strategic risk advisory and insurance solutions for high-value corporate clients, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in complex risk management.

She steps into this position after a distinguished nine-year tenure with Marsh McLennan, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President, driving consistent growth across multinational client servicing and corporate segments.

With over 22 years of experience in insurance and financial services, Vidya brings deep expertise in the Indian risk landscape. An Associate of the Insurance Institute of India (AIII), she has previously held leadership roles at Bharti AXA General Insurance, and built early career experience with HDFC Bank and Karvy.
