Pallavi Poddar has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Knauf India, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. With extensive experience across leading organizations such as Fenesta Windows, Ingersoll Rand, Schneider Electric, and Nestlé, she brings a proven track record in driving large-scale HR transformation and building high-performing teams.

Pallavi is known for her expertise in organizational development, leadership capability building, and fostering strong workplace culture. In her new role, she will lead Knauf India’s people strategy, aligning talent initiatives with business objectives to enable sustainable growth.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and has been honored with the HR TODAY Global Women Leader – HR Excellence Award 2026, recognizing her impactful contributions to the HR domain.
