Manas Virmani has been promoted to Director at Aon, marking a significant milestone in his 15+ years of experience in the HR and talent consulting industry. In his current role, he leads client development and relationship management across South India, while also driving assessment solutions tailored for the IT and ITES sectors. He plays a key role in building strategic partnerships and alliances with HR tech firms, enhancing Aon’s capabilities in talent advisory.

Manas works closely with senior HR leaders to address critical talent challenges, including talent fitment, skills identification, future readiness, succession planning, talent mobility, and candidate experience. He also contributes to campus hiring strategies and cultural alignment initiatives for organizations.

Prior to Aon, he gained diverse experience across HR tech, assessment, and fintech startups, and also ventured into entrepreneurship by running an executive search firm. His core expertise spans business development, talent strategy, and process implementation.
