Before joining SRF Limited, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of HR - Manufacturing at Avaada Electro, where she worked on human resources leadership within the renewable energy sector. Earlier, she spent nearly 17 years at Shell, holding various HR leadership positions and gaining experience across different organisational functions.
Her professional journey across Shell and Avaada Electro reflects a background spanning established multinational operations and emerging energy businesses. This experience brings a broad, business-focused perspective to her new responsibilities at SRF Limited, particularly in aligning people strategies with organisational objectives.
