Shashikant Deep has joined GScale as Vice President, Sales & Business Development, effective November 2026. With over 23 years of experience in business leadership and sales, he will focus on driving business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities as GScale advances its AI infrastructure capabilities.
Prior to joining GScale, Shashikant served as Director, Business Development, Datacenter Services at Sify Infinit Spaces Limited. He also held the position of Global Segment Director at Hexnode, further strengthening his expertise in enterprise technology and business development.
His extensive professional journey includes over seven years at CtrlS Datacenters, where he held leadership roles in sales and strategic accounts across colocation, private cloud, managed services, SD-WAN, and data center migration. Earlier, he held sales leadership positions at Pi DATACENTERS, Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services, Nelco, Tulip Telecom, and Tata Teleservices.
