Anuj Jain has been elevated to Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chase Digital Assets & Blockchain Solutions at JPMorganChase, taking on a key leadership role as financial institutions accelerate their focus on digital assets, tokenisation, and blockchain-powered ecosystems.
Prior to this elevation, Anuj served as Managing Director and Head of Commercial Services at JPMorganChase, contributing to the organisation’s commercial banking operations and strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Anuj worked as a Consultant at EY, where he evaluated business processes, internal technology control systems, and operating results, formulated audit opinions, and identified risks along with controls to mitigate them. His professional journey also includes roles at ICICI Bank as Credit Card Operations and Authorisations Lead for North India, and at Citicorp Credit Services India as a Credit Cards Customer Service Executive.
Anuj holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Political Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
