Tech Mahindra has announced the appointment of Kavita Sadhu as Senior Vice President and Head – Business HR for IT, marking a key addition to its leadership team. In this strategic role, Kavita will drive the company’s people strategy across its technology vertical, with a focus on building future-ready talent, fostering innovation, and strengthening the alignment between business and workforce transformation.

Kavita brings a rich portfolio of HR leadership experience across global technology organizations, having successfully led large-scale transformation, talent development, and leadership enablement initiatives. Most recently, as CHRO at Verticurl (a WPP Company), she spearheaded the “Verticurl 2.0” initiative—an organizational redesign to enhance agility and adaptability in the age of AI and marketing technology.
