India’s telecom sector is facing a critical talent readiness challenge, with only 40% of computer science, IT, and math graduates job-ready for industry roles, according to the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC). To address this growing gap, TSSC has partnered with the India Didactics Association (IDA) for DIDAC Skills 2025, Asia’s first exhibition and conference dedicated to skilling and workforce development.

The collaboration aims to strengthen India’s telecom skilling ecosystem by fostering industry-academia partnerships, promoting future-ready skills, and creating sustainable pathways for youth employment. Through this initiative, TSSC will showcase innovative training models, cutting-edge skill solutions, and enable dialogue between telecom employers, policymakers, and educators.

“DIDAC Skills 2025 is designed to be a transformative catalyst for India’s skilling landscape,” said Gaurav Sood, CEO & MD, Messe Stuttgart India. Aditya Gupta, CEO, IDA, added, “Together with TSSC, we’re aligning education, technology, and opportunity to empower India’s telecom talent for the future.”

Scheduled from 18–20 November 2025 at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Delhi, DIDAC Skills 2025 will serve as a platform to shape the next generation of telecom professionals through real-world learning and collaboration.
