Industry Veteran Arun Mane has been elevated to Head of Outsource – India at Phantom FX, effective March 2026. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the studio’s outsourcing strategy, focusing on expanding vendor partnerships across India, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards for both global and domestic film projects.

Arun brings more than three decades of experience in the animation and visual effects industry. Prior to this role, he served as Head of Production (Mumbai) at Phantom FX, where he oversaw key production operations for the studio.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Red Chillies VFX as VFX Bidding Producer and Senior Line Producer, contributing to several large-scale cinematic productions. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Tata Elxsi (VCL) and 2nz Animation Co., along with early experience as an Animation Designer at Purple Pixel.
