group.one has appointed Mark McCardle as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening the company's executive leadership team as it continues its growth across Europe's digital services landscape.

Mark brings extensive finance leadership experience across global technology, software, and cloud-based organizations. Prior to joining group.one, he served as SVP Group Finance at The Access Group, where he led strategic finance initiatives, finance transformation programs, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and business scaling efforts. His distinguished career also includes senior leadership roles at Microsoft UK, Adobe International, and Rackspace Technology.

With deep expertise in SaaS, cloud computing, financial planning, capital management, operational excellence, and M&A strategy, Mark has successfully supported high-growth organizations through complex transformation and expansion phases.
