He specialises in designing end-to-end talent management frameworks covering competency development, performance management, succession planning, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
His expertise also includes transforming talent functions into strategic business enablers, building scalable talent infrastructure and driving cultural transformation. He has worked on aligning talent strategies with business objectives, improving workforce productivity and leveraging analytics to support data-driven people decisions.
In his new role, Deepan will focus on building organisational capabilities, fostering a learning culture and supporting Hindustan Power’s growth ambitions. His experience in leadership development and talent strategy will contribute to strengthening workforce capabilities as the organisation continues to advance its energy portfolio across conventional and clean power.
