Shruti’s professional journey spans leading organisations including Info Edge India, JPMorganChase, Darwinbox, EY, Aditya Birla Group and IBM India Software Labs. Her experience combines human resources leadership with consulting, enterprise solutions, compensation and benefits, recruitment solutions and employee experience.
With a foundation in technology before specialising in human resources, Shruti brings a perspective that connects digital capabilities, data and people strategies. Over the course of her career, she has led large-scale HR transformations across industries and geographies, focusing on organisation design, talent and performance systems, and the use of HR technology to improve organisational efficiency and employee experience.
Her cross-industry experience across financial services, technology, global capability centres, FMCG and manufacturing will support her focus on aligning people strategies with business priorities and building future-ready organisations.
